You may return an item (unworn and in its original packaging) within 30 days from the date you receive it.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO OUR WAREHOUSE?

If you return an item to our warehouse, you will be refunded (exchanges are not possible).
Please note that you must go through our return platform to return your items. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.

RETURN METHOD:
- Prepaid Express Return (£12): Create a return label and send the returned goods back with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates.
You do not pay for prepaid return postage separately, it is deducted from your refund.

TO GET YOUR REFUND, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

1- Find a container that will fit all of the items you are returning.
2- Go on our Return plateform and select the return method : https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal.
3- Print the Return Label and affix it securely to the outside of the package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REIMBURSED?

If you return the item to our warehouse, you will be reimbursed as soon as your package is received.

Your bank account will be credited for the amount of the returned items via our secure payment partner Global-e.

The procedure can take up to 14 business days.

You will receive an email confirming the refund.
